Help Us Spread Some Christmas Joy

We are collecting donations for the Hengoed Company4Christmas Shoebox Appeal.  The original plan was to host a Christmas Dinner for people spending christmas alone, however due to COVID this is not possible, hence the Shoebox Appeal as an alternative.

On Christmas Day a small group of volunteers will be delivering shoeboxes to those people who have no family and would not see anyone.  The volunteers will deliver at a social distance and spend some time having a chat and hopefully make someone's christmas a little brighter.

The list attached shows items we would love to have donated by Friday 11th December ready to make up our shoeboxes for delivery. The majority of boxes will be for elderly people, but there may be younger adults also.

In addition, we are gratefully receiving made up boxes wrapped but openable for checking prior to delivery.

The donations/made up boxes can be left in a box in the school Reception by Friday 11th December, please ensure social distancing guidelines are adhered to, along with wearing a face mask.
